First, I voted for Bernie in the last presidential primary. Keep that in mind.

Bernie was doing great...until SC. For whatever reason, Bernie doen't do that well attracting black voters. It's happened twice now.

I'd argue that Bernie and the progressive Dems have pulled Biden to the left. For some reason, the blame for not passing progressive legislation is put at his feet instead of those of 50 GOP. They are the reason that we don't have BBB or reasonable election laws, both of which Biden has vocally advocated for. Never mind that he promised and achieved the first black woman to serve as a SCOTUS justice.

Progressives these days are like toddlers at Christmas after opening all the packages...crying about what they didn't get while ignoring the stuff they did. We should never quit fighting for what we want and need but let's celebrate such victories as we achieve in the meantime. The arc of history...and all that.
