I, too, get enthused when I read articles like this...until I recall what the Interstate Highway System did to black and white working class neighborhoods in cities. When an article says: "people will be able to get where they're going faster and with less pollution", we need to read, "wealthy people will be able to get where they're going faster and with less pollution through the decimated remains of what were once black and white working class neighborhoods."
