Yeah, that was a disappointment. I think it's a harbinger of what we'll see vis a vis executive power: exec power will be supported if the executive is GOP, undermined if the exec is Dem.

I was pleased about the ACA decision. I don't think anyone would have bet a lot of money on that outcome.
